Being the Church based organization, apart from the humanitarian and development services, Pastoral Care is our core mandate to provide pastoral care services to the communities. In the context of the Bible, we have many references for shepherd ship; one of them is given below:

Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock. (Peter 5:2–3) Therefore, we adhere to provide the Pastoral Care services to our community all over the Pakistan through 124 pastors working with us around Pakistan

FBCP provides formal, non-formal education and adult literacy services to deprived communities in order to reduce illiteracy rate in the country. We are committed to provide educational opportunities to the poor and marginalized communities.

We adhere to undertake capacity building projects/programmes to enhance the capacity and understanding of the management, staff, volunteers, pastors and church leaders, communities to better understand the context of their concern institution and manage their institution in a better way.

Millions of people have been affected by floods in Pakistan, the death toll is rising, and the government has declared a national emergency.​​​​​Families in Pakistan have lost everything in the recent monsoon rains and floods. The situation is even worse than the devastating floods of 2010.

FBCP believes that future of any nation depends on its youth. Therefore, FBCP has a special focus on youth especially on youth living in South Punjab. FBCP provides development opportunities to youth through awareness, career counseling, education, life skills, personality development, entrepreneurial and technical and vocational skills.

We are equally concerned about the promotion of the human health through physical activities. Therefore, we have established a cricket academy to impart sports skills and support the students in the studies as well.
